Optimization of cleaning effect through vibration conveying: By optimizing the arrangement angle of the shot blasting device, the vibration conveying of the material back to the furnace is carried out. The stepped vibration conveying groove is used to continuously roll and optimize the motion trajectory of the workpiece as it moves forward, ensuring that there are no dead corners during cleaning and improving the overall cleaning quality of the material back to the furnace.
2. Strong adaptability of equipment
Handling diversified materials: suitable for different materials (castings, cast steel, aluminum alloys, etc.), shapes (block, sheet, irregular parts) and sizes of recycled materials. The production parameters of the equipment can be adjusted (such as ejection speed, conveying speed, etc.) to meet different needs;
